I’ve been diagnosed with HSV 1 and 2 for 2 years I don’t know who passed it on to me I now suffer from severe depression me and my boyfriend have been together for almost a year and I don’t know how to tell him I heard him respond to something about herpes off his phone and I just don’t want to feel like something disgusting when I tell him I feel like I’m obligated to tell him because he wants kids and I don’t want to pass this on to a baby does anyone have advice about coming out to a partner and how do you feel safe enough to tell anyone without feeling like you could get exposed

You can still have kids. The only way to pass on is if you’re having an outbreak at time of birth. And if you do a c-section can be performed. Don’t give up hope!
